Teen Programs
As part of the Library’s mission to enrich the community, we offer programs for teens year-round. Some of our programs are single events, but some recur and offer teens a chance to build community. Check a few of our events out below!
Pick up date extended! Celebrate our 60th birthday with a tiny art show! Using a 4 x 4 inch canvas provided by the library, patrons of all ages are invited to create an original work of art on one of these themes: “Library”, “Birthday”, or “1960s.” You can use any medium that you prefer like paint, markers, pencils, flowers, Legos, or other mixed media. Get creative!
Important dates:
April 1 – 18: Pick up a tiny canvas at either the Youth or Adult Services Desk.
April 20 – 25: Return your finished and dry canvas to the Youth or Adult Services Desk.
May 1 – 30: Tiny Art Show displayed throughout the Library.
June 1 – 5: Take your art home. Pick up at the Adult Services Desk.
Note: Limit one canvas per person while supplies last.
