Thank you for your interest in doing business with the Frankfort Public Library District. This page will provide you with information regarding current requests for proposals and how to submit proposals to the Frankfort Public Library District. If nothing is currently listed below, that is intentional.

Requests for Proposals are not offers to purchase. RFPs are solely a request for expressions of interest and statements of qualifications. RFPs are not invitations for tenders, an offer to contract, or an invitation for offers capable of acceptance to create a contract. No contractual or other legal obligations or relations between the Library and any other person or organization can or will be created hereunder. The Frankfort Library assumes no financial responsibility for the cost of preparation of proposals by respondents nor does it make any commitment to enter into a contract for service based on responses to any RFP.

The Frankfort Public Library District is soliciting requests for proposal for a NEW 2026 Chrysler Pacifica Select AWD.

ONE (1) NEW 2026 Chrysler Pacifica Select AWD

ENGINE: 3.6L V6 24V VVT Engine

TRANSMISSION: 9-Speed Automatic Transmission

PAINT: Bright White Clear-Coat Exterior Paint

ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT: Safety Sphere package, all standard exterior, interior, functional, safety/security, equipment and warranty.

MINIMUM WARRANTIES:

              • 36 MONTHS/36,000 MILES BUMPER/BUMPER
              • 60 MONTHS/60,000 MILES POWERTRAIN
              • 60 MONTHS/UNLIMITED CORROSION PERFORATION
              • 60 MONTHS/60,000 MILES ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE

Submission Deadline: Sealed proposals are due no later than 10:00 AM CST on Friday, March 13, 2026. Each proposal shall be placed in a sealed envelope and clearly addressed to: Frankfort Public Library District, 21119 S. Pfeiffer Road, Frankfort, IL 60423, Attention Amanda Kowalcze, and marked on the outside “FPLD Chrysler Pacifica Proposal.”

Questions: Questions: Questions requiring a clarification or interpretation of the specifications shall be emailed to director@frankfortlibrary.org no later than 12:00 PM CST on Monday, March 9, 2026. Answers will be provided on this webpage no later than 5:00 PM CST on Tuesday, March 10, 2026. The Frankfort Public Library District will not be responsible for any other explanation of the specifications made prior to the receipt of proposals.
