A few weeks ago, a celebration in honor of the life and work of beloved children’s fantasy and science fiction author Diana Wynne Jones, was held in Bristol, England. Jones passed away in March 2011, and left behind a body of work that has left a lasting imprint on the children’s and YA literature communities.
